FileHold Training Curriculum

FileHold training is highly recommended for all implementations. Trained employees will be able to fully exploit the many productivity gains of FileHold features to help your business run better, reduce paper, and streamline processes. Trained employees are engaged, confident, and contribute to a higher adoption rate of the software.

All training is done remotely through online meeting and desktop sharing software that enables the trainer to meet with your employees via the Internet in real time. Training is done on your installation of FileHold DMS so the trainer can assist in configuring the system as the training proceeds.

At FileHold, we pride ourselves on customer service. The training outlined below will greatly assist you in learning the many features of FileHold. Once training is completed, we will plan follow up sessions to ensure that we have done our job well and that you are able to maximize the many features of our system to realize your investment in the software.
