The FileHold Systems Inc management team is a group of seasoned business professionals who have a specific but complementary focus on company activities. Each team member is driven by a desire to be innovative in technology and traditional in serving customers.

Larry Oliver - President

After successful careers in sales management and administration Larry has worked in technology sales for over 35 years. He has been an entrepreneur for the last 20 years as the principal of his own consultancy company. He founded, and successfully guided a prior technology company, Real Data Systems, from start up to profitability and subsequently a sale to a public company. Larry is responsible for ensuring the company has adequate funding, business partnerships and focus to create and deploy a high value document management software solution. Russ Beinder, PMP - Chief Technology Officer

Russ Beinder is an entrepreneur, a seasoned business analyst, computer technologist and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). For the last 20 years he has used computer technology to help organizations solve business problems. After graduating from University Russ joined Real Data Systems, where he took over technical problem troubleshooting, software development of custom applications and business consulting. When Real Data was acquired by Epic Data, Russ quickly moved up their management structure to become the Director of Product Development. Most recently he was a Principal Consultant of IT at SAP and lead a globally dispersed application development and architecture team to provide technology leadership. At FileHold Russ manages our customer driven product road map to bring best business and technology practice solutions to our customers. Russ is a graduate of Computer Science at the University of Victoria.

Ray Barrett – Director of Customer Services

Ray is responsible for managing the support and training team and providing technical support to the sales team. Ray leads the initiative of taking FileHold to the “cloud” based on the Microsoft Azure environment. Ray is a graduate of The University of British Columbia, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering (B.A.Sc.), Degree Option: Computer Engineering, Electives: Advanced Operating Systems, Real-time Digital Systems. Ray was employed, for 10 years, as a project manager and Systems Engineer in some cases managing multi-million dollar projects. Prior to that Ray worked for Real Data Systems where he managed the Support organization and did PM work.

Kevin McArthur - Vice President of Direct Sales (USA)

Kevin McArthur has spent the last 14 years in various sales, consulting and managerial roles in the electronic document management domain. Kevin is responsible for all US based direct sales activities. Helping customers make purchase decisions on complex document management software is much more of a consultation process than a sales process. Kevin excels at giving clients expert advice on processes that result in the paperless office and improved productivity. Kevin's formal education is from Texas A&M University, he has gained certification as CDIA (Certified Document Imaging Architect).

We are user-centric software for "real world" customer needs. The company provides an electronic document management software solution that is easy to install, configure, administer and support. The software is configured and deployed in hours not weeks and integrates seamlessly into a customer's environment. The company is very proud of it global customer base.

We believe users should be in control. We provide the means for the corporate librarian to centrally control the document vocabulary or metadata (data about data). This ensures standardized document naming conventions and search parameters allowing a company to rally around a simple common language for describing the content contained within their electronic software library.

We understand document management software does not work alone. For that reason we provide a no charge fully documented Web services API including coding examples to help organizations integrate third party applications with our software. We also provide optional "off the shelf" features that give the ability to search for documents in FileHold or add documents to FileHold from any third party applications.

We support the Microsoft user community. Seamlessly integrate with Active Directory and Microsoft Office to deliver essential, electronic document, record and workflow features.  The FileHold software includes version control, disposition management, multi-tiered file-level authorization control, rules based subscription and notifications engine, document workflow, and document-to-document relationship management.
