Library Management

Library administrators often need to maintain the library and documents in order to keep the system running smoothly. There are times when library administrators can be called upon to perform certain actions on behalf of others such as checking in a document for someone who is away or left the organization, changing ownership on documents, folders, and cabinets, or recover any documents that have accidently been deleted from a"recycle bin".
