Upgrade policy - FileCare Protects against Software Obsolescence

FileCare is an annual program that ensures your document management software stays current. Every day; new document formats, new scanners / imagers and new operating systems are being introduced into your document, record and content management universe. Customers on FileCare receive: hot-fixes, service packs, dot releases or major releases of FileHold software that are released. FileHold requires that customers be no more than 1 release behind the most current release level (i.e. a customer on FileHold '08 must upgrade to FileHOld’08 prior to the release of FileHold’09). FileHold will not renew FileCare agreements with customers who are not at the required level.

With FileCare you will never have to buy new Document Management software, FileHold will evolve as your organization and your IT infrastructure changes and grows. Customers on FileCare have access to our web-based training system, which provides web delivered multimedia training 24x7x365. Customers on FileCare can add new users or optional features to the system at any time simply by purchasing more user licenses. Technical Support for Enterprise Customers

As a part of FileCare, Enterprise customers receive unlimited installation and technical support via the FileCare support portal. Registering a trouble ticket on the support portal is the fastest and most reliable way to get a technical response from FileHold. Even if your company has a change in key employees such as your Library Administrator or your technology leader FileCare can be used to provide key employee training and advice on system configuration.

 

 

Technical Support for Express Customers

FileHold Express customers can purchase technical support, training and configuration advice as they need it. This support is sold in advance in 5 hour blocks of time for $500.00 per block. It is consumed in ½ hour increments. A customer who has purchased block support can log problems or questions onto the FileHold support Portal.


FileHold Express for Small Businesses

 

 

The FileCare support portal is available to customers 7days per week 24 hours per day to log trouble tickets. Registering a trouble ticket on our support portal is the fastest and most reliable way to get a technical response from FileHold. Logon to Customer Support
