Customer Support Center Logon


The FileCare support center and knowledge base is available to customers using our Document Management Software that have contracted for the FileCare support and software upgrade program. The support center serves as a resource for our customers who want technical information that is not available in other places. The following is available in the customer support center;

  • User documentation in the event you have new users to the document management software or you want more in depth technical information


  • A knowledge Base of common support incidents that may help you quickly solve a problem


  • The form for submitting a Trouble Ticket to the FileCare support team


To Login to the Customer Support Center or to Submit a Trouble Ticket

Your Username is your email address. If you don't have a Password send an email to sales@filehold.com or call 604-734-5653

Our normal office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday but we have technicians who monitor these requests around the clock and your Ticket will get our attention. You will receive an automated e-mail response that ensures your Ticket has been recorded and you will get a technical response within the next working day.
