Users are able to access the Library from the toolbar or file menu from within Microsoft Office applications.

You can add, checkout, browse, and send a document for review or feedback directly from Microsoft Office applications. The screen below shows how to add a document to FileHold directly from Excel. You have the ability to view the entire library tree, the contents of a folder, and the metadata required for the file in a single view.
