Document Management View Details - Desktop Application
For each document in the Libary, you can see information such as the version number (Ver), the number of files the document is linked to (Linked), and the Status of the document (checked in or out).
In the Desktop Application, the folders are being shown using the Group By feature to group documents by their invoice type for fast viewing. You can customize your view for how you like to work.
