When users first logon to the document management software the library tree appears on the left side. The library tree provides user access to the different personal search, workflow and main views of the library. |

Microsoft Office Application Integration Users are able to access the document management software from the toolbar or file menu from within Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio). This screenshot shows the dialog box that appears when users browse to select a document from within the document system. |

Document View - Desktop Application In this screenshot you can see a close up view of a folder in the document management software. For each document you can see information such as the version number (Ver), the number of files the document is linked to and the status of the document (i.e. if it is checked out of the library or not). |

Document Viewer - Redaction and Security options The Document Viewer allows users to automatically find and redact all instances of a word in a document. To ensure the redacted areas cannot be viewed when the document is distributed simply save the document in Content Sealed File format with security rights applied. In other words, it is possible to password protect the document and set it to automatically expire on a fixed date. . |

Publish Documents into Other Formats You can publish documents into PDF, TIFF, DWF, or CSF files. When publishing as a PDF Adobe Acrobat needs to be installed on the computer. This feature works with all file formats supported by the document viewer including engineering and CAD formats. |
