Ad-Hoc Publishing Documents

Providing a simple document search / retrieval system to a large number of employees / users / customers / partners who are not creating or updating documents and do not require access to a full document management system. Using FileHold '08 document library, Document managers can quickly flag individual documents to be published to your corporate portal or intranet as required.


Automated publishing of Approved Documents

A group of document creators have to publish finalized and approved documents in Adobe PDF format to the Human Resources (HR) area of an Intranet or Corporate portal. We can provide simple tools for automating the publishing of a document once it has been finalized and approved. All of the working versions of a document will remain within the FileHold Document management system, while the finalized version will appear in PDF format and be published to the intranet or corporate portal.

If you have a customer portal that distributes product information, specifications, and other documents, we can provide the integration that will automate the publishing of this information to the portal, eliminating the need to manually re-enter documents into your portal.
