FileHold Scanning Overview

FileHold ships with the (1) FileHold Scanning Solution (powered by EMC Captiva's QuickScan Pro) providing companies with all the out-of-the-box features you need for the fast, efficient and accurate capture, conversion and conversion of paper files into secured, searchable electronic documents. For companies that have invested Ascent Capture (2) FileHold provides Release Scripts for Kofax Ascent Capture. Third party scanning systems and (3) multi-function centers (along with all other scanning systems) integrate with FileHold using the FileScan Bridge. As documents are being scanned from remote offices (over the LAN, WAN, Internet or Intranet) the are being constantly feed to the central, secured FileHold Library.
