For customers who want on site installation and training FileHold has
assembled low cost packages that may be purchased;
FileHelp Program
For on site installation, configuration set up:
Includes:
- Remote server preparation prior to on site work
- Remote Webinar to introduce the FileHold system to company Executives and key users (Administrator and Librarian)
- 1 days on site completing the server installation and initial user configuration
- 1/2 day train the trainer for end user deployment
- 1 days setting up and training on document scanning and auto indexing
- 1/2 day on site training for system administration and Librarian
- Remote follow up and coaching sessions as needed covered under FileCare
Full fee $2,400.00
Travel and accommodation are extra (travel time is not charged)
FileDiscovery
On site consultation program for companies who just don’t know where to start to manage their electronic documents:
Includes:
- Remote webinar introducing FileHold and document management “best practices”.
- Remote discovery session with IT manager to ensure technology / philosophy compatibility
- 2.5 days on-site
o Interviews with IT department about current IT infrastructure and practices
o Analyses of current document storage technology
o Interview with company librarian or person responsible for current document repositories
o Interview with selected end users in departments that will be directly affected
o Analyses of current paper filing systems and initial analyses of document scanning potential
o Bullet point presentation to management on
findings and recommended course of action
Full fee $2,100.00
Travel and accommodation are extra (travel time is not charged)
A written report on finding and recommendations is extra
FileConvert Program
For mass conversion / importation of existing files into FileHold:
Includes:
- Remote analyses of documents to be converted
- Remote preparation of a customer importation utility (price for this will be estimated after analyses of documents)
- 2 days on site installation and testing importation procedures based on limited samples
- 1 day on site training of the administrator on usage of mass importation utility
- Remote follow up and coaching sessions as needed covered under covered
by the FileCare program
Full fee $2,100.00

Creation of the custom import utility is extra
If the volume of documents to be converted / imported exceeds 2 days of work extra fees will apply.
