  • Search using any metadata associated with a document including document keywords, categories or controlled lists (select menus) text boxes or check boxes.

  • You can search using one or more metadata fields within a particular document type. For example, you could find all Purchase Orders authorized by B. Henderson in May of 2001 in just a few seconds.

  • By combining several common metadata fields such as Author, Version, Category, Date Range and any custom metadata that have been defined for the system, you can find documents or files in seconds.
