FileHold Optional Productivity Modules

FileHold server software is feature rich but we do have some optional modules for customers who what to extend the capabilities of document management beyond the basics:

Document Viewers

Document viewers allow users to see an image of any document without the need to have the native software installed on their computer. Viewers have many user features and many benefits that increase productivity and save companies money. Viewers are purchased on a per user bases and assigned to registered users by the IT administrator.    To learn more about document viewers visit the View, Markup & Redact section of our site. Level 1 Viewer Seats (Office, PDF & Image File formats) - $75.00
Level 2 Viewer Seats - (Level 1 viewer formats 1 plus AutoCAD) - $175.00

Level 3 Viewer Seats (Level 2 viewer formats plus all CAD)  - $350.00

Redaction

Redaction is the ability to back out test or images in a document. It provides a 100% secure way to remove sensitive information such as Drivers license numbers from sensitive documents. The Redaction Viewer Module can be purchased but it must be purchased for all viewers and adds $50.00 to each viewer purchased. 

Advanced Workflow & Document Approval

FileHold provides document review and approval workflow for documents needing to be automatically routed through several authors, reviewers and approvers before being ready for general distribution. Microsoft Active Directory Synchronization

The FileHold User and Role Management Module can be easily and frequently synchronized with Active Directory Users and user groups. It can also be populated with users that do not reside in Active Directory (are not domain members). Synchronization should be done at the time of the initial deployment of FileHold. If this integration is done after users and user documents have been populated in the FileHold library there will be extra professional service fees for re-assigning these document and rights to the Active Directory users.

Guest Account Users

For customers who may want large numbers of guests to look at documents on a “read only “basis we offer “guest Accounts”. In guest accounts users can share a common ID and have access to common documents or they can be given individual ID’s and have access to only their specific documents.
