Advanced Workflow and Document Approval
- FileHold provides document review and approval workflow for documents needing to be automatically routed through several authors, reviewers and approvers before being ready for general distribution. - The FileHold User and Role Management Module can be easily and frequently synchronized with Active Directory Users and user groups. It can also be populated with users that do not reside in Active Directory (are not domain members). FileHold would prefer that synchronization be done at the time of the initial deployment of FileHold. If this integration is done after users and user documents have been populated in the FileHold library there may be extra professional service fees for re-assigning these document and rights to the Active Directory users. - allows fast and easy integration with any "Windows Forms" 3rd party application. The document management software feature allows users to establish "hot key" links from 3rd party applications to FileHold. This "hot key" allows users to find any document stored within the FileHold document library with a single key stroke. (This capability is often called Screen Scraping). The price for adding FastFind includes professional l service assistance in setting up the first search field.Microsoft SharePoint Integration
- FileHold can be installed as a "web part" of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server or Windows SharePoint Services. FileHold offers integration for Sharepoint to users who want to implement the Paperless Office but need tools that are not inherent in SharePoint. Features such as: document scanning and imaging supporting over 300 scanner types, CAD viewers, mark-up, redaction, document approval, document numbering, and 3rd party integration tools such as FileHold FastFind all in a single package. - Every shipment of FileHold document management software includes a copy of QSP level 3. QuickScan Pro is a powerful scanning solution that comes at a low licensing fee and not clicks charges. For customers who want to set up even more scanning stations additional copies may be purchased.Kofax Scanning Document Scanning Software
- For customers who have a complex or very high volume scanning environment and want the optimum in advanced scanning features Kofax Scanning software is a great solution. FileHold document management software provides a certified interface to Kofax Ascent software.Guest Account Users
- For customers who may want large numbers of guests to look at documents on a "read only" basis we offer "guest Accounts". In guest accounts users can share a common ID and have access to common documents or they can be given individual ID's and have access to only their specific documents. - Redaction is the ability to back out test or images in a document. It provides a 100% secure way to remove sensitive information such as Drivers license numbers from sensitive documents. The Redaction Viewer Module can be purchased but it must be purchased for all viewers.Document Viewers
- FileHold document management software has incorporated the "Brava" viewers from Informative Graphics into the FileHold desktop application. The viewers come in three different versions and can be purchased only for those who need to have them. Customers may purchase any quantity or any combination of Viewer licenses and assign them to registered users on an individual bases. Licenses may be re-assigned by the system administrator.Document viewers allow users to see an image of any document without the need to have the native software installed on their computer. Viewers have many user features and many benefits that increase productivity and save companies money.
