Viewing Documents
Documents can be viewed in many different ways in the document management system. The most common of these commands can be found in the main tool bar menu in the Filehold Desktop Application.
Metadata Pane - opens up the metadata information on a selected document in a pane in the right side of the document management system interface
Document Tray - opens up selected document in the document tray. The document tray allows users to collect documents from multiple places in the document mangement system and work with them.
Document Viewer- opens selected document in the Brava document viewer. Users can set documents to open in the viewer by setting their personal preferences. Personal Preferences > Advanced
Native Application - users can open any file in its native application by double clicking the file unless the user has selected another method of opening the file
