Document Management: How Do I Access FileHold using A Web Browser?

Prior to logging on to the library with a web browser you must obtain a logon URL (or IP address) from your Administrator.

1. Type the URL provided by your administrator into Internet Explorer 6.0 OR Firefox 1.5 (or greater) web browser. The FileHold logon page will appear.





2. If your administrator has configured the FileHold library to allow users to logon with their network domain account select the domain you belong to using the domain select box and click on the Logon with Windows Authentication link.



3. If your administrator has not configured the FileHold library to allow users to logon with their network domain account type in your User Name and Password provided and click the Log In button.



4. A prompt may appear asking you to change your password prior to logging on. If this appears simply enter and confirm your new password and click OK to logon.

Note: Using a named user account a user may only logon on from a single location and if multiple logons are attempted, the first session is automatically logged off.
