How Do I Enable or Disable a User Account?

When a user is no longer with the organization or is no longer used the system it will be necessary to disable this account. You could delete the account but this is generally not a good idea as it can remove the user’s history within the system. You want to disable the account and free up the FileHold client access license for another new user.

To do this:

  1. Click on the System Admin > Users and Group Management > Users > List of All Users > User Name to reveal the contextual pop up.
  2. Click “Disable FileHold Account”
