How Do I Change the File
Storage Location?
The global file storage location is where all files and
documents, protected and managed by FileHold, are located. This location
can be changed by the System Administrator.
The settings for the storage location are under Environment
and Mail settings form accessible from the System Admin > Global
Settings > General menu option.
Administrators can define the location for the File Storage
Path. The FH_Service account must have full access to this location.
Note: Moving this location is something that should only be done
after thinking this through carefully. Contact FileHold Customer Service
for advice. In addition, moving this location also initiates re-indexing
of the entire Full Text Search function that maintains full text search
indices of the Document collection
