How do I Recover documents that have Been Accidentally Deleted?

Deletion of files from the FileHold server occurs in 2 stages. The first stage is the deletion of files from the FileHold library. This can occur by any user with Publisher plus delete access rights or higher. Once deleted from the library end users are no longer able to access them. This is a form of 'soft' deletion in that once deleted from the library the documents are temporarily stored in the library administration before being permanently 'hard' deleted from a scheduled task by the server.

Click on Library Administration > Library Utilities > Recover Documents to retrieve the list of all files that are currently scheduled for deletion. Select one or more files with the check boxes on the left hand column and then click Recover Document. These files are left in this holding area until they are permanently deleted.
