AutoCAD Document Management Software

Document viewers (including autoCAD documents) allow the workforce to see an image of any document without the need to have the native software installed on their computer.

Document viewers give workers the ability to read documents for which they may no longer have the software, an ideal example is WordPerfect which was a very poplar format in the past but is not widely used anymore. The viewer allows the workforce to look at WordPerfect documents without having WordPerfect software installed.

Auto CAD document software for Engineering 

Engineering, construction and manufacturing companies make extensive use of auto CAD for the creation of working drawings.  Often dedicated auto CAD software is required and it is usually fairly expensive.  The use of auto CAD document management software allows workers to view auto CAD drawing right within the document management software without the need for the native auto CAD application.  See a screen capture of a auto CAD file in the document management software viewer.  In addition to viewing the auto CAD viewer software allows workers to mark up and annotate drawing while working on a lap top or other portable computer out in the field.  Often these annotations are Incorporated into the drawing using full blown auto CAD drawing software.

Document viewers have many features and many benefits that increase productivity and save companies money. Document viewers are purchased on a per client basis and assigned to registered clients by the IT administrator. Following are the three levels of viewers available for purchase in the document management software:
