Navigation Menu

The Navigation menu is located in the left hand frame and provides quick access to Search, Subscriptions, and View menu items. When you select an item in the Navigation menu, the information and/or commands related to the item are display in the right hand frame referred to as the Content Frame.

Subscriptions:

  • New Documents lists all new documents that have been added to folders or updated since the last time you logged on to Synergy. To view the document properties, click on the name of the document. You can change the sort order of the list by clicking the field heading you want to organize the list by.
  • The Manage command provides a complete list of documents and folders you currently subscribe to. You can also un-subscribe to documents and folders from this view. See the Documents chapter for additional information.

View:

  • Tasks provides a listing of all tasks assigned to you across all Projects.
  • All Announcements lists all active announcements. Allows you to add, delete, and search for announcements.
