the Start Page Content Frame in Synergy Document Management
Software consists of three sections - My Tasks, Checked Out Document List and
Document Subscriptions. They are discussed below.
The Content frame is located in the right hand frame and displays the contents of the item
selected in the Navigation menu. When you first access the Start Page the default view is
divided into three sections:
- My Tasks displays a list of Tasks assigned
to you across all Projects. Tasks that have a status of
Not Yet Started or Closed will not be displayed in this
list. To view task details, click on the name of the task.
To view Project details, click on the name of the Project.
By default My Tasks is sorted by the task due date. You
can change the order of the list by clicking the field
header you want to sort by. See the Workflow chapter
for additional information.
- Checked Out Document List displays
all documents that you currently have checked out. Clicking
on the document name displays document properties and
allows you to check the document back in. See the chapter
on Documents for additional information.

The Document Subscription feature automatically notifies
you of changes to individual documents or the addition
of new documents to folders...
