Document Window

The Document Window in Synergy Document Management Software is the main view and consists of the Content frame and Navigation area. Use this to view important hierarchical data. With this part of the application, you can view Folders, Read-only Folders and Documents.

Document Window

To start working with the Documents, click the Documents icon in the Toolbar. When you first access the Documents window, the window is divided into two sections, the Navigation menu on the left and the Content Frame on the right.
The Navigation menu displays the Cabinet drop-down field, a link to My Documents, and the document Hierarchical Tree that is organized by Cabinets, Drawers, Categories (optional), and Folders. Clicking on a Folder will bring up the folder contents in the content frame. Documents can easily be sorted by clicking on any of the field headers in the document list.
