Working with Folders

 

Editing and Modifying a Document Folder

You may find that you need to change the folder properties once a folder has been created. For example at a later date you may need to allow additional users access to the folder.

  1. Select the folder you want to edit.
  2. In the Content frame, click the Folder Info button. The folder properties will be displayed.
  3. Click the Edit button to open the Edit Folder form.
  4. Make the required modifications, and then click the Next button to open the Edit Folder Members form. If required revise the Folder Members list, and then click the Update button.

Note:  Only the folder owner or the Library Administrator can modify the folder properties.
