Search Contact Directory


After compiling a comprehensive list of companies and individual contacts in the Contact Directory it can be hard to find one certain individual. That's why Synergy Document Management Software has an easy to use Search Contact Directory tool. It allows you to find people or companies easily by doing a search of the Contact directory


Find People or Companies Easily

  1. From the Toolbar select Contacts.
  2. In the Navigation menu, click the Search button to open the Search Contacts form.
  3. Narrow the search by entering as much relevant search criteria as possible.
  4. Click the Search button. The results display in the right frame.

Field Definitions:
List View:  defines the display format for the search results.
List Size:  determines the length of the search results to display. If the list is longer than the List Size, the records span across multiple pages.
