Any file type can be uploaded to Documents for sharing including word processing, worksheets, sound, and image files. Access to documents can be controlled at various levels, providing you with maximum security for all your information. As the lifecycle of a document proceeds, and modifications are made, Synergy keeps track of the different document versions through the Check In/Check Out feature. At any time you can quickly retrieve previous versions of a document. Synergy can also send you an email notification when a document has been edited or a new one has been uploaded. The Document Usage Log allows the owner of a folder to view information regarding who has modified or copied the document.
