The management team is a group of seasoned business process professionals who have a specific but complementary focus on company activities. Each member of the executive is driven by a desire to be innovative in technology and traditional in serving customers. Many of the management team have been helping customers implement the paperless office and "best practices" in electronic document management for many years.

Larry Oliver - President

Larry Oliver has worked in technology sales and management for nearly 30 years. He has been an entrepreneur for the last 15 years as the principal of his own consultancy company. He founded, and successfully guided, Real Data Systems from start up to generating 10 million annually in profitable sales and subsequently sold to a public company. Larry is responsible for ensuring the company has adequate funding, business partnerships and focus to create and deploy a ground breaking document management software solution. Dr. Jacek Lipowski - Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Jacek Lipowski has worked in both pure computer technology research and as a technology leader in several different industries. Jacek is responsible for the company's overall technology roadmap and product development execution. Jacek was Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Real Data Systems. He was also CTO at Epic Data where he was responsible for the technology and product vision of the company. Jacek obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Silesian Technical University, Gliwice, Poland.

Cameron Siguenza - Vice President of Customer Service

Cameron Siguenza has over 17 years experience as an entrepreneur, senior consultant, software designer, and enterprise information architect in knowledge, content and document management while maintaining a high degree of current knowledge in information technologies. He is responsible for all customer facing activities including consulting, professional services, the FileCare support program, and the Customer Advisory group which provides feedback on the product roadmap. Cameron has consulted on electronic document management best practices to many Fortune 1000 companies and leading organizations. Cameron has his BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.

Kevin McArthur - Vice President of Direct Sales (USA)

Kevin McArthur has spent the last 10 years in various sales, consulting and managerial roles in the electronic document management domain. Kevin is responsible for all US based direct sales activities. Helping customers make purchase decisions on complex document management software is much more of a consultation process than a sales process. Kevin excels at giving clients expert advice on electronic document management processes that result in the paperless office. Kevin's formal education is from Texas A&M University, he has gained certification as CDIA (Certified Document Imaging Architect).
