The FileHold management team is a group of seasoned entrepreneurs who each have a specific but complimentary focus on company activities. Each executive represents one of the key operational pillars of a software development and marketing business. Each member of the executive is driven by a desire to be innovative in technology and traditional in serving customers.

Larry Oliver - President

Larry Oliver has worked in technology sales and management for nearly 30 years. He has been an entrepreneur for the last 15 years as the principle of his own consultancy company. He founded, and successfully guided, Real Data Systems from start up to generating 10 million annually in profitable sales. Real Data was sold in 1999 to a public company. Larry is responsible for ensuring FileHold Systems has adequate funding, business partnerships and focus to create and deploy a ground breaking document management software solution. Larry has a BSc from the University of North Dakota

Kevin McArthur - Vice President of Sales (USA)

Kevin McArthur has spent the last 8 years in various sales, consulting and managerial roles in the document management domain. At FileHold Kevin is responsible for all US based sales activities and works directly with FileHold customers and a valued network of re-seller partners. Helping customers make purchase decisions on complex document management software is much more of a consultation process than a sales process. Kevin excels at giving FileHold clients expert advice. Kevin’s formal education is from Texas A&M University, he has gained certification as CDIA (Certified Document Imaging Architect).

Cameron Siguenza - Vice President of Customer Service

Cameron Siguenza has over 12 years experience as an entrepreneur, senior consultant, software designer, and enterprise information architect in knowledge, content and document management. At FileHold Systems he is responsible for all customer facing activities including consulting, professional services, the FileCare support program, and the FileHold Customer Advisory group which provides feedback on the product roadmap. Cameron also assists with the defining and prioritizing of the FileHold product feature set and roadmap. Cameron has consulted on document management best practices to many Fortune 1000 companies, including; American Express, Ameriprise Financial, Caltech University, Caterpillar, Pitney Bowes, Panasonic, SAIC, and the US Army. Cameron has his BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Jacek Lipowski - Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Jacek Lipowski has work experience in both pure computer technology research and as a technology leader in several different industries. At FileHold Systems Jacek is responsible for the company's overall technology roadmap and product development execution. Jacek was Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Real Data Systems. Most recently he was CTO at Epic Data where he was responsible for the technology and product vision of the company. Jacek obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Silesian Technical University, Gliwice, Poland.
