FileHold '08 electronic document management software allows companies to implement a complete document organization and file management solution. FileHold has an easy to use library vocabulary that ensures documents are carefully indexed for consistent storage and fast retrieval.

FileHold is a secure electronic library, FileHold saves companies time and money and helps them be in regulatory compliance. The time it takes to search and retrieve documents or files is reduced to mere seconds using FileHold software.

FileHold software ships out of the box with document scanning and imaging and has optional document viewers that allow users to work with CAD without having CAD software. The optional Redaction feature allows users to black out confidential text.

 

FileHold software was developed in a Microsoft centric environment and integrates with Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint.

In addition to our Gold Microsoft certification, FileHold partners with DT Search to provide powerful full text search capability, with EMC Captiva to provide flexible document scanning and with Brava viewers to allow users to view documents of all types.
