The Spanish language pack for FileHold document management software is now released! To help support our customers who speak Spanish, the Spanish Language pack is fully supported and marketed by FileHold and comes as a standard no charge feature.

FileHold document management software can be translated into any language. To date, the document management system has been translated into Arabic, Polish, Chinese, Indonesian, and now Spanish. The end user interfaces such as the Web Client, the FileHold Desktop Application, and the Microsoft Office integration client, can all be translated using a suite of tools to support our world-wide customer base.

FileHold has several different ways to get files into the document management system:

Adding files to the Inbox.
Adding files directly to the folder.
Adding the entire contents of a local or network folder.
Adding Microsoft Office files (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) using the Add-ins.
Dragging and dropping from Windows Explorer.
Dragging and dropping from Microsoft Outlook.
Watched Folders.
Manage Imports.

... and the list goes on.

We are adding one more method to get files into the document management system: Using a "Send To" shortcut in Windows Explorer in conjunction with a Watched Folder.

When you right click on a file in Windows Explorer one of the options on the pull down menu is Send to. Some of the typical destinations are the Desktop or your Documents folder, but it is fairly easy to add a FileHold option. Once you have this option enabled, the document can be sent to a Watched Folder and then brought directly into the document management software.

Congratulations and best regards for Marc Didemus of Image Advantage located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. In 2012, Marc brought on several new organizations into the wonderful world of document management. He also helped us produce two new case studies: Employment and Education Centre and Implementing the TOMRMS and FileHold Solution in Ontario Municipalities.
